Fursuits welcome! This low-intensity gentle yoga is a great way to practice breathing, stretching, and movement exercises. In this 40-minute session, we will use elements of yoga to stretch and reconnect. Options will be provided to practice in your chair or the ground. Please come hydrated and have water nearby!
